Ward Churchill, the not-very-native-American leftist "activist" who called the murdered victims of 9/11 "little Eichmanns" -- and subsequently lost his job (after it came to light that he was not an Indian as he claimed, and after he was found to have falsified his resume) -- had his award in court last month thrown out by a judge in Colorado.

In a resounding defeat for ousted University of Colorado professor Ward Churchill, a judge decided Tuesday to neither give the controversial professor his job back at CU nor award him any financial compensation for his dismissal from the school nearly two years ago. The ruling from Chief Denver District Judge Larry Naves, which was released this afternoon, appears to come in stunning contrast to a jury's verdict from a civil trial Churchill brought against the school earlier this year.
